Grand Ideas, Inc., is proud to announce the promotion of Susan Johnson to Vice President of Retail and Product Development for Palmetto Ideas, a division of Grand Ideas, Inc.
Susan, a Florida State University graduate, came to Grand Ideas in early 2004 as Director of the Palmetto Gift Line, where she expanded sales base, communication and efficiency. Previously, she worked extensively in customer service, marketing, and public relations and was one of the founding managers of the North Charleston Coliseum. As Vice President of Retail and Product Development, Johnson oversees the Palmetto Gift Line (PGL), a line of South Carolina-themed wholesale products sold to retailers and wholesalers across the state. Johnson is also responsible for keeping the Palmetto Gift Line fresh and current by introducing several new items each year as well as overseeing all operations in the Palmetto Ideas warehouse.
